About
Frank and Cathy Sweeney Started the Small Business Journey in 1982
Initially starting out as a construction company leaning towards siding and gutters and eventually focusing solely on gutter installation and repairs. Since then, Frank and Cathy have mastered the art of proper installation with an unsurpassed installation process. Through years of experience and learning from what doesn't work they've discovered which products and methods are the best in the industry. Frank and Cathy have developed a company that's become a household name and Lakes Region Seamless Gutters has been branded into the community. They stayed the course over the past 42 years and continued to stay strong as a couple and a company through hard times raising a family and economic difficulties. They have certainly paved the way for other local companies in the industry as well. With a heavy heart and maybe a little relief, Frank and Cathy have graciously decided to sell their business and start to enjoy retirement. We are lucky Frank has decided to stay on as a consultant.
His expertise is invaluable, and we are happy to have him still onboard. You will still see Frank in the field, training and providing proposals, but only on a part-time basis, affording him time for his passion for golf and collecting fancy cars. During the transfer of ownership process, I got to know Frank and Cathy and am glad to call them friends. They are great people with big hearts. I feel blessed and excited to carry on the name they’ve built. As the new owner, I will provide our team with a work environment that makes people feel like family. Where they are supported through proper training, processes, trust and top-notch communication. This in turn will reflect in our workmanship. To be able to provide the same trust, communication, and quality to our customers is the ultimate goal.
